Facilities Management Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and logging reactive work orders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
\
* Coordinate and schedule PPM and log reactive work orders
* Liaise with engineers and contractors to ensure timely completion and compliance
* Maintain and update documentation and records using CAFM/CMMS systems
* Support internal reporting, billing, audits, and performance metrics
\
You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to our business operations.
\
To succeed in this role, you will need strong administrative skills, experience in facilities or technical environments, and proficiency with CAFM/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
\
Beyond the specific responsibilities listed above, we're looking for someone who is a team player, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
