Job Description:
1. Support project or portfolio of projects with key PMO activities including tracking programme RAID, Plans/Milestones, resource allocations/requirements and financials/budgets;
2. Plan and implement project management strategies based on defined templates and toolsets ensuring compliance with Project control framework (Initiation Entry, Project Control Checking and Closure of projects);
3. Prepare and maintain forecasting estimates for all programmes within the portfolio against approved budget goals;
Manage end-to-end resource requisitions including raising resource requisitions, managing on-boarding and off-boarding activities;
Produce quality MI to support key decision making on the programme delivery dashboards complying regulatory standards gathering data accordingly,
