Job Opportunity: Senior Administrator Bid Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator Bid Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed to provide administrative support to various team members and contribute to the smooth running of daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and previous experience working on government tenders and submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative assistance to Quantity Surveyors and Directors.
* Support the tendering process via SupplyGov and eTenders.
* Coordinate the preparation and distribution of quotations, accounts, and invoices to clients.
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including providing administrative support, coordinating tenders, and ensuring the smooth operation of office systems.
Requirements:
* Fetac Level 5 or 6 qualification.
* Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills.
* Willingness to learn more about the industry.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
