This is a role for a commercially sharp National Account Manager who knows how to win in Irish grocery retail.
If you've built strong retailer relationships, you know how to construct a Joint Business Plan, and you've got a track record of growing revenue — this is worth your attention. The category is Health & Beauty, but don't let that put you off if it's not your current world. The brands are strong, the portfolio is growing, and what this business really needs is someone who knows how to sell. Category passion is a bonus; commercial firepower is the requirement.
The culture is fast-moving, collaborative and genuinely ambitious. This isn't a business where you'll be managing decline. You'll be backed by strong brand and trade marketing support, and given real autonomy to drive your accounts forward.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll own a portfolio of key retail accounts, taking full commercial responsibility for growing distribution, revenue and profitability across a range of Health & Beauty brands. Day to day, that means:

Building and owning Joint Business Plans with your key retail customers
Developing and executing promotional calendars and trade activation plans in partnership with Brand and Trade Marketing
Driving distribution growth — finding the gaps and closing them
Managing trade spend, price files and CPIs with discipline and accuracy
Delivering accurate sales forecasts by SKU, on time
Hitting — and where possible exceeding — revenue and budget targets
Leading NPD listings and range reviews with your customers
Working closely with Commercial Finance to maximise promotional profitability
Using data to diagnose, present and act — not just report
Supporting and developing junior members of the commercial team

What You'll Bring
The non-negotiables are straightforward:

Solid NAM or senior sales experience with one of the main Irish grocery multiples — you know how these retailers work and you're comfortable in the room
A strong commercial instinct — you understand margin, trade spend and how to build a plan that works for both sides
Proven ability to negotiate, influence and build lasting customer relationships
Strong analytical skills — you can work with data, spot the story and present it clearly
Excellent planning and organisational ability — you manage your own workload and deliver on time
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

A business degree or equivalent is preferred, though strong relevant experience speaks for itself.
