Social Media Co-ordinator
This iconic brand in the Farm to Fork category – it is a location second to none for visitors and excels in events. Based in Wicklow, this well-known business is looking to recruit a social media manager that has an interest in food, venues, events and produce. In this role you will capture the essence of the business and bring it to life on social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn (for professional events) and eventually UTube. Capturing video, photographs and more – you will be adept at SEM and organic growth creating followers and engagement. As a content creator you will bring energy, strategy, and storytelling to their growing digital media presence. This role is ideal for someone with a creative eye, a strong understanding of evolving social media platforms, and the sensitivity to reflect the values and voice of a multi-faceted business. Working with the Head of marketing and owner - this role will support and grow the online visibility of the business and its projects by creating and coordinating compelling content for new social media platforms that you will begin. You will be asked to deliver a strategic calendar of storytelling, collaborating with the various parts of the business.
Responsibilities
* Create, curate, and publish visual and written content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
* Capture and edit photography and short-form video content, including reels
* Support development of a YouTube channel
* Monitor social media trends and analytics, providing monthly performance insights
* Respond to comments and messages in a timely, warm and professional tone, sharing this responsibility with our Visitor Experience Team
* Uphold tone of voice and core values in all communications
YOU
Will have a qualification in marketing with a focus on digital and have over 3 years commercial experience within a commercial business in retail, hospitality, high value venues or similar. You will have
* A strong visual eye and creative flair for storytelling with fluent English and excellent writing and communication skills
* Confident creating content across Instagram, Facebook, and ideally YouTube – experience across several social media channels.
* Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools
* Organised, reliable, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Good lateral thinker and flexible approach to changing priorities
* A deep interest in regenerative land use, food, heritage, and culture
* Photography and/or videography skills
* Collaborative and values-driven work environment
€38-45k DOE and skills. This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Wicklow so location is important as is your own transport. Flexible working hours to be discussed to be available for events.
