Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Technician II to provide expert QA support to operations, ensuring operational goals and objectives are met for the plant. This role involves being the Subject Matter Expert with regard to Acceptable Quality Standards for products and processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring Regulatory compliance in area to cGMPs of all medical device regulatory agencies (e.g. FDA and TUV).
* Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.
Compliance: Verify that all products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve product and process related issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for risk reduction and error proofing processes.
Training: Drive Defect awareness training with product builders with the assistance of the manufacturing trainer.
* Key Skills and Qualifications:
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of quality control principles, procedures, and regulations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as quality assurance, engineering, or science.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role.
