Our current menu blends fast casual with elevated pub classics, but 2026 will see major expansion into a high-volume, gastro-led offering — with more scratch cooking, seasonal produce, and consistent quality at scale.We're seeking an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to play a central role in that journey.The RoleAs Junior Sous Chef, you will be the right hand to the Head Chef, leading daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and supporting the team's growth and training.
