Cybersecurity Manager – Data Protection & Risk Management (EMEA)

Our client — a leading international consulting firm — is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead their Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Protection, and Cyber Risk Management program across the EMEA region. What you'll do:
* Lead and enhance enterprise-wide DLP and cyber risk management programs across EMEA.
* Develop and implement security controls aligned with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and HIPAA standards.
* Oversee deployment of advanced tools such as Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint, ensuring protection across endpoints, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
* Collaborate with SOC, Legal, HR, and Compliance teams on incident response and insider investigations.
* Define and report on KPIs/KRIs, and drive continuous improvement through automation and AI integration.
What we're looking for:
* 7+ years in Cybersecurity, including 3+ in DLP, insider risk, or data protection leadership.
* Strong knowledge of DLP platforms, insider threat detection, SIEM/SOAR integrations, and cloud security.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences.
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CIPT, or GCTI are a plus.
