What you will do
PGIM Real Estate seeks a highly motivated individual for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract as a Loan Processor. This role supports the Conventional Underwriting Teams in the U.S. and requires working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Irish time. The Loan Processor will assist the loan team, including underwriters, analysts, loan and closing officers, borrowers, legal counsel, vendors, and other parties. The role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented candidate with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple high-volume tasks. Responsibilities include collecting and processing information for Multifamily Housing loans according to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
What you can expect
* Serve as the primary contact with borrowers for administrative needs and data collection.
* Coordinate the delivery of due diligence materials to third-party report providers.
* Use PGIM systems to manage and document the loan process throughout its lifecycle.
* Manage receipt of necessary documentation, maintain due diligence checklists, and communicate with PGIM deal team members.
* Review due diligence materials for accuracy.
* Engage Zoning and Insurance Consultants, tracking report progress and review completion.
* Perform initial reviews of credit reports, public records, judgments, etc.
* Assist with scheduling and preparing meetings or calls related to agency business.
* Track transaction expenses and process invoices.
* Manage and finalize credit files.
* Prepare and organize final documentation for delivery to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
* Participate in ad hoc projects or business assignments.
What you will bring
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Superior organizational skills with follow-up capabilities.
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
* Familiarity with Excel and other MS Office applications.
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
