The role involves managing mechanical installation works from project award through to commissioning and final handover, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.This position suits a candidate with a strong building services background and proven mechanical installation experience who is comfortable leading site activity and coordinating multiple stakeholders on live projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical building services works from project award through to commissioning and handoverPlan and sequence mechanical installation activities in line with overall project programmesCoordinate site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specificationMonitor site progress and resolve technical, coordination and programme-related issuesSupport mechanical budgets, cost control, forecasting and procurement activitiesReview subcontractor applications, variations and change control in line with contract requirementsManage technical queries, RFIs and design coordination with consultants and internal teamsOversee quality control, testing, commissioning, snag closure and project documentationRequirementsDegree or trade background in Mechanical Engineering or Building ServicesStrong background in mechanical installation across commercial and residential developmentsProven experience delivering HVAC, pipework and associated mechanical systemsAbility to manage subcontractors and coordinate site-based activities effectivelySolid understanding of construction sequencing and building services integrationStrong organisational and communication skillsPackageSalary €75,000 to €85,000 depending on experience.Expensed Company VehicleAdditional benefits available and discussed at interview stage.
