Sales Coordinator

Kilwaughter brand
, a trusted name in render, dashing and landscaping solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a friendly, close-knit team on our Cork site, playing a key role in helping customers select the right products and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to purchase.
About the Role
Working from our onsite office, you'll be the welcoming face of our Cork location, dealing directly with customers who visit the site—ranging from homeowners to key trade accounts. You'll support customers across our paving, dashing, and render product ranges, ensuring they receive the right technical and practical guidance (full training provided).
Day-to-day, you will:
* Greet and support customers face-to-face
* Process enquiries and orders accurately
* Maintain and update CRM records
* Provide product information and help customers choose the right solution
* Coordinate deliveries, collections and stock levels
* Support upselling opportunities where appropriate
* Organise stock and ensure the site is customer-ready
* Deliver high-quality admin support to the wider Sales and Operations teams
* Liaise with suppliers, transport partners and internal colleagues
This is a varied, hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys people interaction, takes pride in organisation and accuracy, and thrives in a small team environment.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
* Confident engaging with customers in person
* Organised, detail-focused and comfortable following set processes
* Strong in administration, data entry and order handling
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A clear, friendly and professional communicator
* Keen to learn about our products, customers and systems
Essential Requirements
* Experience of working in a face-to-face environment providing sales support and customer service
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
* High accuracy in data entry
* Experience handling customer enquiries
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths & English
