We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) to lead our Gynaecology Nursing Service. This is a key leadership role, reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing, responsible for the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred nursing care and the effective management of staff, resources, and clinical governance within the service. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and professional leadership across gynaecology services. Ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with best practice and regulatory standards. Staff development & education. Lead quality improvement initiatives, audit, accreditation, risk management, and incident review. Work collaboratively with Consultants, MDT colleagues, and senior nursing management. Data collection/MDT outcomes Essential Requirements Registered General Nurse on the NMBI Register. Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, with relevant gynaecology or acute womens health experience. Proven leadership/management experience at CNM1 level or equivalent. Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills. Desirable Postgraduate qualification in gynaecology, womens health, oncology, or nursing leadership.
