Develop long-term pricing mechanisms for competitive advantage.Coordinate with global teams to leverage best practices across PGCS sectors.Secure high-quality materials supply, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and compliance.Work closely with the Global Seasonings team.Manage project teams to drive outcomes.Ensure productivity targets and compliance with financial objectives by increasing payment terms.Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes in accordance with policies and KPIs.Analyze business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks.Lead supplier performance management and contract compliance.Implement strategies aligned with PepsiCo Positive Sustainability Goals.Build internal procurement capabilities through recruitment, coaching, and development.Develop and execute risk management initiatives to reduce supply risks and currency exposure.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and audits.Provide thought leadership to business partners and leadership teams.Demonstrate leadership and influence skills to challenge the status quo and gain credibility.Stay informed on consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic trends.QualificationsBA/BS in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; Master preferred.6-8 years in procurement leadership roles, preferably within Food & Beverage industry, with expertise in sourcing, category management, and procurement processes.Experience implementing procurement best practices in a global environment.Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, especially at the executive level.Strong business acumen and understanding of business economics, quality, and cost drivers.Analytical and financial skills.Organizational savvy and ability to communicate complex topics to executives.Proven ability to lead and influence large, geographically dispersed teams.Results-oriented with the ability to meet bold targets.Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
