Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a business development strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, making recommendations for improvement.
Customer Service:
In this role, you will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum CIP required.
* Candidate must have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue growth objectives.
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a sales or business development role (desired).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* A friendly and assertive manner on the phone and in person.
* Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
