Youll work closely with the executive team to shape financial strategy, optimise performance, and lead value-creating projects that drive national expansion.
What youll do: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the business Optimise operational and company-wide KPIs to unlock value Drive system improvements and lead M&A due diligence and integration Support pricing, margin, and working capital strategies Build and develop a high-performing finance team Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic growth initiatives What were looking for: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent Proven senior finance leadership experience, professional services, billable environment could be an advantage Strong commercial acumen A strategic thinker with a bias for action and a track record of delivering results A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments Experience of building successful outcome focused teams within an award-winning culture This is more than a CFO role its a chance to make your mark on a business with big ambitions.
