Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our team, focusing on Indirect Procurement.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Source-to-Pay processes and operations, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and standardization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business reviews, developing deep understanding of Product Area (PA) processes, and leveraging data to drive process enhancements and optimizations.
Prior experience as a Business Partner or equivalent is essential.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional business reviews showcasing progress on OKRs and identify new opportunities.
* Become a recognized expert in S2P processes and operations.
* Develop a deep understanding of PA processes and their interactions with S2P and Global Business Services (GBS) processes.
* Leverage data to identify and prioritize process improvements that enhance the control environment and drive standardization and continuous improvement.
* Partner with S2P operational leads to develop standardized frameworks for integrations, new product setups, divestitures, and process governance.
