Job Overview
We are Omnissa!

In the Corporate Sales team you will have an instant impact on a great team with great solutions.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Omnissa by focusing on inbound qualification and outbound prospecting efforts.
Responsibilities
Generate leads, qualify inbound prospects, and execute outbound outreach campaigns.
Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads.
Engage with prospects and customers, qualifying their needs and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.
Collaborate with the Sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver weekly reports on lead-generation activities and conversion rates.
Attend weekly sales training and team meetings, sharing your knowledge and insights.
Performance Outcomes (First 6 Months)
Within 15 days, become familiar with the Omnissa portfolio and use cases through online training and 1:1 sessions.
Within 30 days, qualify inbound leads, execute outbound prospecting strategies, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Within 90 days, actively qualify inbound leads and contribute to outbound prospecting, building a robust pipeline.
Within 180 days, proficiently identify and qualify new prospects and maintain an active contribution to the team's pipeline.
Requirements & Qualifications
Fluent in Polish, Czech, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, or German (English is also required).
Multilingual candidates will be prioritized.
Persistent, self-starter with a track record of success in lead generation or prospecting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to qualify inbound leads and identify new outbound prospects.
Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and the EMEA Corporate Sales Director.
Deliver weekly reports on lead-generation activities and conversion rates.
