The successful person will work on innovative, challenging projects with industry experts as part of PM Group's world-leading multi-discipline team.

For example, PM Group was the nominated LEED AP for a new laboratory and office development on a client's existing site.
The building attained LEED Gold certification and key achievements included a 54% reduction in interior lighting energy; 52% reduction in indoor water use; 12% reduction in embodied carbon in construction, and 95% if construction waste recycled.

Responsibilities Manage sustainability projects from concept to handover stage Undertake LEED and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial Building physics simulation modelling; NZEB, Decarbonisation strategies, Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design strategies, Building Energy Management Assessment, Sustainability master planning
