Capital Management Professional
This position involves supporting the Capital Management Team in providing top-notch customer service. The key responsibilities include leading team development, appraisal, and objective setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing processes and managing controls. They should be able to work under pressure meeting deadlines and have strong prioritisation and organisation skills.
Key qualifications include being a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with Lloyd's Syndicates/Insurance/Solvency II/capital management experience. Additional requirements include analytical mindset, previous managerial experience (preferable), risk base internal controls approach, proactive attitude towards continuous improvement initiatives as well as high attention to detail.
