We are working with a large, regulated infrastructure organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a high-performing finance function.
This is a key business-facing role that blends financial analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
The position offers strong exposure to senior management, budgeting and planning processes, and the opportunity to influence decision-making through high-quality financial insight and commentary.
The Role:
Leading the review and presentation of monthly financial results to management.
Partnering with business teams on KPI and variance analysis, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and annual business planning processes.
Monitoring spend against regulatory allowances and organisational budgets.
Supporting quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership.
Candidate Profile:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 1–2 years' post-qualification experience.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical capability.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable challenging assumptions to drive better outcomes.
