Manager IT Operations – ICON plc (Dublin)
ICON plc is a world‑leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization.
What You Will Do:
Manage day‑to‑day sourcing of IT contractors, the associated Statement of Work (SOW), purchase orders and the onboarding process.
Maintain the database of IT contractors within the IT GBS department.
Coordinate all activities related to onboarding and managing the IT contractor engagement and vendor engagement.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s diploma, degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
Proven leadership experience in managing IT projects and teams.
Ability to create and nurture a culture of continuous process improvement and streamlined operations.
Knowledge of technology trends and the associated skill capabilities required to deliver that capability.
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).
Senior Site Operations Manager – Jabil (Dublin)
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in electronic/HIGH‑TECH manufacturing‑services company.
Knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (materials/supply‑chain, engineering, quality, HR, EHS, Security, IT, etc.).
Experience working directly with business customers and developing the customer relationship.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and working in a matrix organisation and contract manufacturing environment.
Commercially aware and ability to review and manage operational costs for a significant OEM account.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to influence across numerous stakeholders at varying levels.
Experience in lean manufacturing activities in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Leadership and Management Responsibilities:

Workfront & AEM Assets System Administrator – MongoDB (Dublin)
Main Responsibilities:
Own end‑to‑end administration of Workfront, AEM Assets and Jira, including system configuration, workflow design, permissions and licensing.
Define and enforce governance frameworks, usage standards and best practices across workflow platforms.
Partner with Marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
Collaborate with Change Management and Enablement teams to drive user adoption and training.
Continuously evaluate platform performance and implement improvements based on user feedback.
Support integrations between Workfront, AEM Assets and the broader MarTech ecosystem.
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands‑on experience administering Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets.
Strong knowledge of Workfront and AEM Assets features, functionality and best practices.
Experience partnering with Marketing and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable workflow solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail‑oriented with a structured, proactive approach to system ownership and optimisation.
AWS Systems Engineer – ESC Managed Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the ongoing operations and expansion of the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC).
Collaborate closely with global AWS teams and influence the evolution of AWS services and technology.
Maintain high‑availability, reliability, performance and efficiency of ESC services.
Participate in on‑call rotations to resolve incidents occurring out‑of‑hours.
Develop and test scripts to provide practical solutions to enhance workflows.
Engage in change‑management documentation and provide constructive feedback.
Basic Qualifications:
Fluency in written and spoken English.
National of an EU member state and residing in the EU.
Experience with Linux OS and network troubleshooting, or networking administration.
Experience in Python, Perl, or another scripting language.
Preferred: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices.
Preferred: Experience with monitoring frameworks (CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, etc.) and high‑availability distributed software applications.
Senior Manager, Commercial Operations – Keurig Dr Pepper (Ireland)
What You Will Do:
Run the commercial engine and pipeline, supporting the Commercial Director focused on growth, partnerships and strategic decision‑making.
Track business performance weekly/monthly through dashboards, reviews and action management.
Translate the Annual Plan into execution plans and coordinate across internal functions and European partners.
Lead end‑to‑end commercialization of European innovation and portfolio changes.
Build and standardise scalable core operating processes and tools.
Own reporting, governance and performance transparency.
Enable faster, better decision‑making by leadership and act as an escalation point.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years’ experience in commercial planning, sales operations or similar cross‑functional roles.
Proven experience delivering commercial plans in a complex, multi‑market or matrix environment.
Strong exposure to end‑to‑end commercialization and cross‑functional execution.
Strong project/program management and organisational skills.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to track performance, manage KPIs and drive to action.
Effective communicator and influencer in a matrix environment.
