About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations, help motivate the team, and ensure the shop is welcoming spaces for both customers and volunteers. You'll also be an advocate for sustainable living and Enable Ireland's values in the local community.
* Assist in managing and developing shops within agreed work plans and financial targets.
* Train, supervise, manage shop staff including paid employees and volunteers.
