Infrastructure Operations Engineer – Highlights
Role
1. Maintain and support high-availability cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
2. Work mainly with Linux, plus some Windows.
Responsibilities
3. Troubleshoot and administer production systems (GCP/AWS/Azure).
4. Handle incidents, root cause analysis, patching, and maintenance.
5. Execute compliant changes, upgrades, and deployments.
6. Collaborate with engineering on new tech and improvements.
7. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
Skills
8. Strong Linux admin experience; cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
9. Infra-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
10. Troubleshooting, monitoring, lifecycle management.
11. Bonus: scripting, Kubernetes/Docker, Git/Jenkins, ITIL/PCI experience.
