Job Description:
* To grow fundraising income in Ireland with a strong focus on the Movember campaign and ensure year-round engagement and retention of our Mo community.
* To develop and implement comprehensive strategies for retaining existing supporters while attracting new ones through innovative channels such as events, social media platforms etc.
The goal here being maximum outreach whilst staying within allocated resources!
Broad Responsibilities Include: We are seeking an exceptional candidate with 5+ years’ experience managing large-scale fundraisers across multiple markets who can lead these efforts effectively toward achieving desired results without compromising team morale or working conditions!
