What youll do
* Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting cold calls, email outreach, social engagement and build a strong sales pipeline.
* Understand customer needs deeply, present tailored solutions, and guide prospects through discovery to closing opportunities.
* Manage client relationships: provide consultative sales support, follow up leads, and deliver high quality customer service throughout the sales process.
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, pipeline updates, and sales activities in CRM and internal tools.
* Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to refine sales strategies, stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings, and help shape business growth.
What we are looking for
* Fluent German and strong English (C1 / B2 or above).
* Proven track record in outbound or inside sales ideally in B2B, technology, SaaS, or similar dynamic environments.
* Strong results orientation, goal-driven approach, and ability to exceed targets.
* Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and relationship building skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work both independently and in a team.
* Basic understanding of technology, willingness to learn complex solutions, and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
