Due to continued growth in our project portfolio, KM Lynskey are seeking a
Labour Planner
to join our team and support projects across Europe.
The successful candidate will work closely with Contracts Directors and site teams to plan, programme, and control site labour across multiple European projects. This role is key to ensuring efficient labour deployment, programme certainty, and protection of project margins.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain labour plans aligned to project programmes
* Produce look-ahead schedules and trade-based labour forecasts
* Programme labour in line with sequencing, access, and material availability
* Coordinate cross-border mobilisation and continuity of crews
* Interface with site and contracts teams across Europe
* Monitor productivity and labour cost against plan
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws and Posted Workers requirements
* Forecast recruitment needs and coordinate with HR
Required Experience:
* Resource planning experience within a sub-contract construction business
* Proven experience delivering projects across multiple European countries
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing
* Demonstrated ability to programme labour against live construction programmes
Skills & Attributes:
* Programme-literate and commercially aware
* Highly organised, decisive, and structured
* Strong communicator across cultures
* Comfortable challenging non-buildable programmes
Desirable Experience:
* Experience on data centre, large residential, or fit-out projects
* Experience using
NetSuite ERP
or similar systems for labour forecasting, costing, and reporting
