THE ROLEWe are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 2–3+ years of experience who is excited to support and execute visual work across a wide variety of media and deliverables.

This role will involve primarily digital projects, with some print and production-focused design work included.

WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Junior Graphic Designer will: Support the marketing and design team by executing on-brand visual assets based on established concepts Create and update a variety of deliverables including social media graphics, email marketing assets, presentations, marketing and sales collateral, website graphics, and event materials Assist with production design tasks such as resizing, formatting, versioning, and preparing files for digital and print use Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners across multiple offices Take projects from concept through final execution with guidance and feedback Manage time effectively while balancing multiple assignments and deadlines Apply feedback thoughtfully and make revisions efficiently Help ensure brand standards and visual consistency across all materials Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices WHAT IT TAKESThis role requires a strong design foundation, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
