The Lead Food Tour Guide will be responsible for leading guided culinary tours, offering engaging and informative experiences for guests. Daily tasks include conducting tours, sharing historical and cultural insights, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing sales of tour-related items. The guide will provide excellent customer service and ensure all tours run smoothly and effectively.The OM is responsible for all aspects of operations in the city. This includes, but is not limited to day-to-day management of guides, guest satisfaction, tour development, performance and availability of products offered and overall growth strategy of the city. The OM is in charge not only of keeping operations running and achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction, but also for the overall growth and profitability of the city.
