About the Role

Due to continued growth they are looking for a Content and Digital Marketing Manager with B2B SaaS marketing experience. If you enjoy the hospitality sector, you like working with dynamic people in a lively environment then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Own Campaign Strategy & Execution for Specific Verticals and Segments
* Manage and optimize end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to analysis
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery
* Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for regional events, including sales-driven events and local meetups, with a strong focus on European and US markets
* Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to maximize event visibility and engagement
* Measure and analyze the effectiveness of regional marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
* Create strategy on how to leverage various digital marketing opportunities, including Google Ads, Social Ads and local media/regional partnerships across different geographies and languages
* Integrate digital campaigns together with other channels, to ensure a consistent message and experience for customers and prospects
* Utilize data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies and decisions
* Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
* Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management based on campaign performance and market trends
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns
* B2B SaaS and start-up experience is a plus
* Strong understanding of regional event marketing, particularly pre and post event marketing
* Familiarity in leveraging marketing automation tools and digital advertising platforms
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
