As a Procurement Manager, you'll join our expanding Supply Chain practice, working on high-impact projects that transform the future for major government and public sector organisations.
* Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programmes and discrete focussed areas, including category management strategies, procurement strategies, and supplier management reviews.
* Assist clients in developing and implementing category and procurement strategies, end-to-end support of procurement and contracting delivery, optimisation of strategic supplier relationships, and ongoing strategic management.
* Manage client relationships with key executives and project sponsors, develop and maintain interactions with top decision makers, and organise project reviews with steering/executive committees.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, leading project delivery, overseeing key issues and risks, and leveraging Microsoft (MS) Project and macro-driven Microsoft (MS) Excel models.
Develop strong relationships, knowledge sharing, on-the-job training, and mentoring of junior staff to support professional development.
Contribute to business development activities and internal initiatives, supporting the growth of our Supply Chain consulting practice.
Work with the firm's Irish and global teams to develop and leverage government and public sector offerings that resonate within the Irish market and beyond.

About This Role:
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Business, Strategy, Supply Chain, Technology, or related discipline.
* Extensive experience in government and public sector procurement under EU public procurement rules, preferably with prior consulting experience.
* Understanding and experience of category management and sourcing strategy from theory through to practice and application.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing employee experiences.
