Job Description

* Client Service - S3: Provides quality support to clients with complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.
* Independently assists clients by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding company products, services, and procedures.
* Responds to client questions on BNY Mellon product features and provides technical assistance for escalated issues.
* Researches and resolves moderately complex operational or client issues.
* Routes unresolved issues to appropriate teams according to documented procedures.
* Provides status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to relevant teams.
* Contributes to process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
* No direct reports but offers guidance to less experienced staff.
* Ensures the quality and completion of own work.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years of work experience preferred, especially in financial services.
