Business Development Representative
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, driving transactional sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from existing customer relationships.
* Quoting & Order Coordination: Provide timely and accurate sales quotes to customers, working closely with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information.
* Engagement Tracking: Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* Product Communication: Share regular product updates and news with customers through our CRM and WhatsApp channels.
* SLA Compliance: Meet service level agreements, including quote turnaround within 24 hours and order entry within 48 hours.
The ideal candidate has at least 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles (B2B environment preferred), strong communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
