Our team in Hogs & Heifers Swords are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team.
This is a fast paced fun restaurant that has an amazing General Manager that has training, customer care & colleague growth at the heart of what he does.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 2 years previous experience as a manager or similar
* Have an outgoing and friendly personality
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Be a born people person and leader
* Be proficient in written and spoken English
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure
General duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Training and development of staff
* Managing the day to day operations of the Food Hall
* Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training
* Roster and stock controls
* To deal with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and report these to the General Manager
* To ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.
* Provide and implement a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service in order to enhance the overall customer experience in the restaurant
* Provide ongoing staff training and motivation and to develop the skills of restaurant employees
* To provide ongoing supervision of all service, presentation and dining areas
