Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide high-level support to our executive team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word and Excel, with a strong understanding of databases and case management systems.
Main Duties & Key Responsibilities:
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to the executive team
* Updating and maintaining case management system, including scanning incoming post
* General copy and dictaphone typing
* Dealing with queries on regulatory issues
* Filing of documents
* Maintaining and updating various Excel spreadsheets
* Liaising with broader regulatory team and other executives
* Assisting the regulatory team
* Answering telephone and email queries from solicitors and accountants and assisting in dealing with such queries
* Drafting correspondence to various professional services stakeholders
* Preparation of documentation for committee meetings
* Uploading documents onto the internal IT system
* Acting as receptionist at in-person meetings of committees
* Hosting virtual meetings
* Liaising with committee members
* Other miscellaneous duties assigned
Knowledge & Skills:
* Excellent administrative, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
* A good eye for detail, and ability to carry out accurate and precise work under pressure and time constraints
* An ability to work on his or her own initiative, as part of a team and be proactive in their role
* Have a flexible approach to his or her work and responsibilities
* Some experience working in a regulatory, legal or other professional services environment
