This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong operational leadership across departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, and Guest Services, ensuring consistent service standards and operational efficiency throughout the property.Key Responsibilities & RequirementsProven longevity and stability in previous hotel rolesMinimum 2+ years' experience in a Hotel Operations Manager (or similar senior operational) rolePrevious experience working in a similar-sized or comparable hotel propertyStrong decision-making ability with confidence to manage issues in real timeHighly visible, on-the-floor leadership style, leading by exampleAbility to coordinate and support multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operationsExperience maintaining service standards, managing teams, and driving operational performancePackageSalary: €45,000+ DOEBonus: Available (DOE)This role would suit a strong hotel operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is looking to take the next step within a quality hotel operation.
