Rochestown Park Hotel - Douglas, Cork is currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef with flair & creativity for creating extraordinary desserts, cakes and sweet treats.
Days of Work - Full Time 5days per week (weekdays & weekends included)
Hours of Work - 40 per week
Salary - €35K - €38K max(depending on experience)
The ideal candidate for this position must:
· Have previous experience (minimum 2 /3years) in a similar role.
· Enjoy and have a passion for baking and creating all types of cakes, desserts & sweet treats etc
· Have the ability to multi-task in a busy volume based fast-paced environment.
· Be a team player and be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
· Be flexible with regards to working hours / availability to work various shift patterns
· Have an ability to prepare all dessert plates in a timely fashion and to an agreed standard.
· Have HACCP Knowledge & Training
