Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional business projects from initiation to completion.
* Project Leadership: Manage transformation projects including new insurance regulations, business development, and partnership initiatives.
* Upgrade Management: Oversee upgrades of critical back office and front office tools, claims, finance tools, etc.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with Digital Workplace and CA-GIP on cloud migration (M365, Azure) and large-scale security projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Manage complex cross-functional business projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
* Team Direction: Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple geographic borders and time zones.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
