You'll design and build the core serverless infrastructure and GenAI features that power our next-generation health platforms.ResponsibilitiesBuild with Purpose: Engineer systems that directly improve patient health and clinician effectiveness.Master a Cutting-Edge Stack: Work with Python, AWS Lambda, Terraform, and production GenAI (LLMs, RAG, Agents) at scale.Own & Innovate: Lead the full development lifecycle in a collaborative, agile team that feels like a startup.Grow as a Specialist: Become a key player in the intersection of cloud engineering and applied AI for healthcare.Qualifications2–5 years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.Hands-on experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).Practical experience or a strong, demonstrable passion for GenAI/LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG architectures, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain).A solid grasp of event-driven architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD, Git, Docker, and monitoring (CloudWatch, Datadog).A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and a drive to build solutions that matter.Build & OwnScalable Cloud-Native Applications: Architect and develop secure, reliable backend systems on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EventBridge).Intelligent AI Features: Design and integrate GenAI capabilities—from RAG-backed chatbots to LLM-driven data insights—that enhance our digital health experiences.Automated Infrastructure: Define and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), ensuring repeatable and compliant deployments.End-to-End Solutions: Collaborate from concept to production, implementing event-driven workflows, robust APIs, and full CI/CD pipelines.
