Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in managing the front-of-counter retail operation within a community pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the front-of-counter team, driving them to deliver strong results and exceptional customer service.
* Oversee retail standards, merchandising, stock control, category management, and cash handling.
* Implement promotional activities, ensure compliance with policies and SOPs, and maintain Health & Safety standards.
* Monitor performance, provide regular updates to senior management, and identify opportunities for improvement in profitability and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess strong retail store management experience, excellent leadership and organisational skills. They should be commercially focused, target-driven, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven Retail Store Management experience (Pharmacy experience desirable)
