Clinical Informatics Solutions Specialist Ireland | Hybrid | Client-Facing An established Irish healthcare organisation is growing its Health Informatics capability and is hiring a Clinical Informatics Solutions Specialist to support customer engagement, solution development and commercial growth across its digital health portfolio.
This role suits someone who understands healthcare systems and workflows and is ready to move into a more customer-facing, solutions-led position.
The Role You will act as the main point of contact for healthcare organisations (such as labs and hospitals) engaging on health informatics solutions, leading structured conversations around clinical workflows, data risk, operational challenges and digital transformation goals.
Working closely with internal health informatics and technical teams, you will shape opportunities, guide solution selection and progress engagements through to successful commercial outcomes.
The role involves ownership of opportunity development, pipeline management and close collaboration across sales, technical and delivery functions.
The solutions portfolio includes information management systems, integration and middleware, digitisation and scanning, legacy system migration, and bedside and point-of-care technologies across acute, primary care and home-care settings.
Customers span public, private and voluntary healthcare providers across the island of Ireland.
What They're Looking For Experience working in healthcare, health informatics, healthcare IT, laboratory or clinical environments Strong understanding of clinical workflows, systems and operational challenges Confident communicator able to engage a wide range of clinical, technical and operational stakeholders Experience or strong interest in customer engagement, solution development or commercial activity Ability to balance technical, operational and commercial considerations Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities Professional, pragmatic and people-focused approach Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland Desirable experience includes exposure to health IT systems, integration or interoperability, digitisation or data management, procurement or tender processes, and working with vendors or suppliers.
