What you'll do
The Sales Development Representative will identify opportunities for mobility, fixed, unified comms, security, cloud & hosting and IoT though outbound calling, social selling, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads as appropriate to the sales strategy. This process will involve engaging with customer's buying centres and working with field sales or Inside Sales Executives to engage with customers via the telephone.

The role will require continuous support to client's sales teams to identify sales ready opportunities, having a deep understanding of prospects business drivers and how Vodafone can bring value.

This position requires pre-call research, to build pipeline, working within NAM Sales Strategy and to ensure opportunities are followed up by sales reps. It is also the responsibility of the position to ensure opportunities do not become stuck or stale during the sales cycle.

Key accountabilities:
Identify & qualify sales opportunities in accordance to the Vodafone Way of Selling Sales Process
Identify and manage customer requirements needed to completion to ensure field sales can follow up and close sales opportunities
Work collaboratively with field sales throughout the sales cycle to solution delivery to ensure revenue targets are delivered
Build and manage sales pipeline to ensure a minimum of 4 x sales target, ensuring pipeline health, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and Customer NPS Score

Who you are
A highly driven, self-motivated individual with the passion to succeed
Ability to engage partners in a value-add business conversation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with partners and colleagues at all levels of the organization
Ability to establish credibility by understanding their business challenges and needs
Understanding of industry trends and challenges
Strong interpersonal, verbal, organizational & communication skills, discipline, attention to detail and a can do attitude
Minimum 1 year experience in previous Inside Sales role selling B2B
Fluent in English
