Job Description
We are seeking a commercially sharp and innovative Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will be responsible for driving revenue performance across our properties.
Working closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Reservations Managers, you will lead strategy for one or more of our landmark hotels. Your mission is to create winning pricing strategies, identify new commercial opportunities, and optimize performance to put our hotels ahead of the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver revenue strategies that exceed budgets across your hotels.
* Analyse booking pace, competitor activity, and market trends to optimise performance.
* Shape pricing, distribution, and channel mix to maximise net revenue.
* Partner with hotel teams to embed a strong revenue culture in every property.
Requirements
* A proven track record in hotel revenue management.
* Strong analytical skills, quick decision-making, and confidence to challenge stakeholders.
* A strategic thinker with the agility to shift gears in a fast-paced environment.
* Natural collaboration and relationship-building skills.
