Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Ballybrit Industrial EstateHours: Mon-Fri 9-5:30 (40p/w)Rate: €14.30p/hOverview of the role The Customer Service Advisor will represent our client within one of our awarded Government Services, providing information and support to members of the Small Public Service Vehicle (SPSV) Industry. These calls typically involve scheduling SPSV vehicle inspections, managing booking amendments, and processing payments securely through the CRM system. The successful candidate will be expected to:Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information, support, or guidanceFollow approved scripts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Data Protection guidelines at all timesAccurately update customer records and input data into internal systemsMaintain high customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and courteous serviceCommunicate effectively with internal departments to support efficient issue resolutionThis is not a definitive list of duties.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in Customer Service oriented roles.The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:Leaving certificate and/or FETAC 5 skills certificateAt least 1 year of Customer Service ExperienceExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong Computer Skills & general PC ProficiencyProblem‑solving abilitiesExcellent communication and people skills are vital to this rolePrevious Contact Centre experience is an advantage but not essentialIrish Speaker is an advantage To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid and eligible work permit or visa that authorizes you to work in Ireland.
