Electrical Quantity Surveyor
Our ideal candidate will oversee commercial lifecycle from tender to final account ensuring maximum value handling associated responsibilities in between. This role involves managing one or multiple contracts, overseeing the entire process and extracting the greatest possible value for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tender management: Leading on all aspects of tenders including preparation, evaluation and submission.
* This includes reviewing contract documents with stakeholders to ensure alignment with agreed terms.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can keep track of everything as well as take charge without supervision or direction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Detailed knowledge of building construction
3. Able to write clear reports detailing progress
