About the Role We are currently seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front of House Assistants to join our team.
This role will primarily cover all ground floor guest areas and is central to delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all hotel guests.
You will be involved in a variety of front-facing duties including meet greet, guest check-in, and food beverage service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the hotel's public areas.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests on arrival with a professional and friendly manner Carry out efficient and accurate check-in and check-out procedures Provide excellent food and beverage service across bar and restaurant areas Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all ground floor guest spaces Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and courteously Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Support daily operational duties as required by management Requirements Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential (training provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Good personal presentation and attention to detail We look forward to welcoming enthusiastic new team members to our Front of House team.
