Firstly, you'll need to have good written and verbal English skills, so we know you can communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. You'll also need to have a keen interest in self-development, desire to further your skills, and then ideally a fluency in use of patient management systems (but don't worry if you don't have that last one).
