Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client in the construction software industry is seeking a SaaS Business Development Executive to join their team, where you'll play a pivotal role in selling into construction industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve agreed sales targets and metrics such as sales revenue, demonstrations and activity rate.
2. Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them. Follow-up with prospects over multiple conversations to nurture potential leads.
3. Arrange customer meetings to demonstrate the Company's solutions, via pro-active outbound business development activity, predominately via telephone. You will be expected to make a high volume of calls per day.
4. Lead and deliver the demonstrations.
5. Prepare and negotiate proposals and tenders, in line with defined pricing strategy
6. Update our HubSpot CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Manage time to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

8. Willingness to learn end-of-pipeline skills such as closing and negotiation, ideal for an SDR aiming to progress into an Account Executive / closing role.
9. Strong results-driven mindset, good work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
10. Enjoy working in a collaborative, ambitious environment, inspiring teammates while achieving individual and team goals.
11. Experience managing a high-volume B2B sales pipeline, including consistent daily outbound activity.
12. Self-aware, reflective, able to digest feedback, adapt to challenges, and operate autonomously to improve processes, training, technology use, and overall team performance.
13. Friendly, enthusiastic, empathetic, and thoughtful in interactions with colleagues and clients.
14. 1+ years of experience in software sales, ideally SaaS or Construction.
