Temporary Clerical Officers Here at Osborne, we are seeking a Temporary Clerical Officersto join our public sector clients based in Dublin City Centre.
This position would suit an individual with good administration experience, we are currently looking at a number of roles with backgrounds in Social Care, HR, Legal and Communications, If you are interested in starting your career in the public sector please let us know and we will do our best to give you all the information you need for roles currently and upcoming.
Salary:€***** per hour Key Responsibilities: Managing the Inbox for any queries Answering incoming calls from the public Filing, photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents Supporting managers and colleagues with daily tasks Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate, confidential records and databases Qualifications: Previous experience in an administration role is necessary, at least 6 months Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
High attention to detail and a commitment providing exceptional customer service.
