A leading organization is seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to lead the transformation of its Retail Media capabilities. This role will work across multiple business units to define the scope, prioritise delivery, and ensure successful implementation of a new enterprise-level retail media platform.
You will work closely with stakeholders from marketing, digital, data, and commercial functions to translate strategic objectives into actionable product requirements, ensuring seamless integration across systems and teams.
This role requires 2 days a week onsite in Cork and occasional nationwide travel. This is an 18 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities
Define and align the product vision, scope, and roadmap for a large-scale Retail Media transformation programme.
Evaluate retail media platform options in line with business needs and strategic goals.
Translate business objectives into product epics, user stories, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts to refine user stories and create detailed specifications.
Prioritise product backlogs, manage development sprints, and coordinate testing activities.
Work with data teams to ensure a robust data environment, relevant KPIs, and reporting capabilities.
Support user acceptance testing and address project challenges with creative problem-solving.
Track and report on product performance metrics and delivery milestones.
Provide business-side project management support throughout the programme lifecycle.
Act as the key liaison for legal, digital commerce, and external media partners.
Define the rollout strategy for the platform across multiple business units.
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, data, marketing) and external technology partners.
Skills And Experience Required
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, media management, marketing technology, and data monetization.
Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise platforms involving data integration, ideally in a retail or marketing environment.
Strong product management experience, preferably within agile, cross-functional teams.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, commercial, and technical domains.
Skilled in managing third-party vendors and ensuring effective collaboration.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with retail, eCommerce, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors is advantageous.
Experience with ad tech platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), or campaign management systems is a plus.
Understanding of data privacy and regulatory requirements in the digital advertising space is desirable.
