They will be responsible for implementing and managing HR strategies that support business objectives, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* CIPD qualification at Level 5 or higher.
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
